Welcome to Trichada The Cookery Home. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website trichadacookery.com and the booking of our Thai cooking classes and related services.

By accessing our website, booking a cooking class, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Use of Website

Permitted Use

You may use our website for the following purposes:

• Viewing information about our cooking classes and services
• Booking cooking classes and making inquiries
• Contacting us with questions or requests
• Accessing educational content and recipes (where provided)

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website

Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process

When you book a cooking class with us:

1. Booking Request: You submit a booking request through our website or via email
2. Confirmation: We confirm availability and send payment instructions within 24 hours
3. Payment: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment
4. Class Details: We send pickup location and final details 24-48 hours before your class

Payment

• Payment is required to confirm your booking
• We accept payment via bank transfer or other methods as communicated
• All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise specified
• Payment confirms your agreement to these Terms and our cancellation policy

Class Capacity

Our cooking classes have a maximum capacity of 4 guests to ensure a personalized experience. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 48+ hours before class: Full refund or free rescheduling
• 24-48 hours before class: 50% refund or free rescheduling
• Less than 24 hours: No refund, but may reschedule based on availability (additional fee may apply)
• No-show: No refund or rescheduling

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel classes due to:

• Insufficient bookings (minimum 1 guest required)
• Unforeseen circumstances or emergencies
• Weather conditions affecting safety
• Health and safety concerns

If we cancel your class, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

Class Participation and Conduct

Your Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for pickup (we typically pick up between 8:15-8:30 AM)
• Inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or health concerns in advance
• Follow instructions provided by your instructor for safety
• Treat our home, equipment, and staff with respect
• Behave in a courteous and appropriate manner
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the class

Health and Safety

• Please inform us immediately if you feel unwell before or during the class
• You participate in cooking activities at your own risk
• Follow all safety instructions when using kitchen equipment and handling hot items
• Inform us of any mobility issues or physical limitations

Removal from Class

We reserve the right to remove any participant who:

• Behaves inappropriately, offensively, or dangerously
• Disrupts the class or other participants' experience
• Violates safety instructions or rules
• Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs

No refunds will be provided for removal due to misconduct.

Liability and Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• You participate in our cooking classes at your own risk
• We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the class, transportation, or market visit
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings
• We are not liable for any allergic reactions, food-related illnesses, or health issues (provided you have disclosed all relevant information)
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the class

Medical Conditions

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions that may affect your participation. We are not liable for any health issues resulting from undisclosed conditions.

Transportation

While we provide transportation as a complimentary service, you acknowledge that travel carries inherent risks. We maintain appropriate insurance, but we are not liable for accidents or incidents beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content on our website, including but not limited to:

• Text, images, photographs, videos, and graphics
• Recipes and cooking techniques
• Website design and layout
• Logos, trademarks, and branding

is owned by or licensed to Trichada The Cookery Home and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Photography and Media

• We may take photographs and videos during classes for promotional purposes
• By participating, you consent to being photographed/filmed and to our use of such media
• If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us at the start of the class
• You may take photos for personal use but may not use them for commercial purposes without permission

Recipe Use

Recipes provided to you are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not publish, sell, or distribute our recipes without written permission.

Language

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
