Meet Oui (Trichada)

Sawasdee ka! I'm Oui, and I'm passionate about sharing the authentic flavors and traditions of Thai cooking with people from around the world.

What started as a love for cooking traditional Northern Thai recipes in my family home has grown into something truly special. I welcome small groups into my home to experience Thai cuisine the way it's meant to be - with fresh ingredients, family recipes, and warm hospitality.

Many of my guests say it feels like "cooking with their Thai mom" - and that's exactly the atmosphere we try to create. This isn't just a cooking class; it's an invitation into our home, our culture, and our way of life.

Your Day With Us

8:15 - 8:30 AM: Pick Up

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Chiang Mai. Relax and enjoy the 15-20 minute drive to San Sai while we chat about what you'll be cooking today.

9:00 AM: Local Market Tour

Explore an authentic local market with me. Taste exotic fruits, try local snacks, learn about Thai ingredients, and select fresh produce for our cooking.

10:00 AM: Welcome to Our Home

Arrive at our home and relax in our beautiful outdoor garden. Enjoy complimentary tea or coffee while we review the dishes you'll be preparing.

10:30 AM - 2:00 PM: Hands-On Cooking

Cook 5 authentic Thai dishes, one from each category. Learn traditional techniques, family secrets, and the art of balancing flavors. Go at your own pace with my guidance.

2:00 - 2:45 PM: Enjoy Your Meal

Sit down and enjoy the delicious meal you've created. Share stories, take photos, and savor the fruits of your labor together.

3:00 PM: Return to Hotel

We'll drive you back to your hotel with a full stomach, new skills, recipe cards, and wonderful memories to share.
